Tracy Kremer is Associate Director of Communication for New Teacher Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving student learning by accelerating the effectiveness of teachers and school leaders. There, she works with a small team to raise the organization’s visibility so more people know about New Teacher Center’s model to support new teachers and school leaders, and understand the value and impact this model has on advancing student learning and ensuring equity in education.
Tracy has focused her career, which spans 15 years in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, on telling stories that encourage awareness and action. She has a deep curiosity about education, poverty and the environment.
