Biography
Victoria is a social entrepreneur passionate about transforming communities through accessible, high-quality education.
She is the founder of Duara Education, a social enterprise that empowers female teachers to become entrepreneurs of their own microschools—starting in underserved communities in Kenya—with the mission of making transformative education accessible to all.
She also runs Our WonderHouse, a community space in Nairobi dedicated to authentic connection to self, others, and nature.
Prior to founding Duara, Victoria held leadership roles across education, entrepreneurship, strategy, and operations. She co-founded ALX (part of the African Leadership Group), served as Chief of Staff to ALG’s Fred Swaniker, consulted with the Boston Consulting Group, co-founded Mentor Me India, and taught in a primary school in Peru.
She has lived in Nairobi for the past seven years and deeply cares about community, courage, and wonder.
