I worked in Brazil and the USA in the retail and in the fashion industry, directing sales area & purchasing, marketing & communication, strategic planning & operations of national companies and international brands for more than thirty years.
I am a postgraduate in Administration and Management from Harvard University and in Retail from the University of São Paulo. I am currently studying MBA in Digital Marketing at Helio Alonso College in Rio de Janeiro.
I am focused on participatory leadership, developing teams, talents, products, brands and business through planning, organization and control.
I love to learn new things, to teach, to be challenged and to work hard for what I believe.
My recent decision to work in the third sector, especially at the NGO CDI, comes in the face of the desire to work for a greater purpose and to help make a difference and changes in people's lives, especially young people.
I aim to add the skills acquired and be able to collaborate with the development and training of teams.
