Dr. Vongai Nyahunzvi is the CEO of the Alliance For Women and Girls (AFWAG). With over 20 years of diverse leadership experience across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors, she has committed herself to leveling the playing field for women and girls. Beyond AFWAG, Vongai serves as the Chief Network Officer and Head of the Africa Region at Teach For All and prior to that has run her own global leadership consultancy for eight years. An acknowledged thought leader, she has authored five books on leadership and created platforms such as a monthly CEO roundtable and the Europe Leadership Awards.
