Biography
Wanjiru is a lawyer, an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a champion for social justice and good governance.
She is the Network Coordinator for the Global Public Investment Network, which is rethinking international development finance to support global public goods. She also serves on the boards of the Kilimani Project Foundation, Talk To Loop, and INTRAC. Previously, she was an Advisory Board Member at Bond UK, contributing as a global expert on locally led development.
A passionate changemaker, Wanjiru is committed to social impact, community organizing, and advancing women’s agency. She advocates for the inclusion of Global South voices in shaping international development and leverages social media for advocacy and campaigning.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading autobiographies, cooking, traveling, and attending theater productions.
