Wang Zhong-Ming is professor of human resource management, organizational behavior and entrepreneurship at School of Management, Zhejiang University, China. He received his degrees from University of Gothenburg, Sweden (1985) and Hangzhou University (1987), a joint program with University of Gothenburg. He is the Executive Dean of School of Management and both the Director of Center for Human Resources and Strategic Development and the Director of Global Entrepreneurship Research Center, Zhejiang University. He is also the director of the Institute of Social Entrepreneurship at the GERC of Zhejiang University.
