Chris Duggan is Director of the Kenneth B Dart Foundation and VP at Dart Enterprises in the Cayman Islands where he is responsible for developing and implementing the community development strategy for Dart Enterprises and the overall business strategy for the Foundation. He has been with the Dart group for almost five years prior to which he was the Head of Private Banking at one of the leading banks in the Cayman Islands where he worked for over ten years.
