Biography

Gregory Marks is currently at the University of Oxford, studying the MSc in Comparative Social Policy, with a focus on health policy. He is a member of the Leading for Impact Social Entrepreneurship Team at the Saïd Business School and has served as the head delegate for the Oxford University United Nations Association Debate Team. Prior to Oxford, Gregory spent five months at a consulting firm, where he advised large multilaterals and NGOs on global health movements, and a year at the Institute for Health and Social Policy, where he analyzed health-related issues ranging from physician migration to health systems development. While obtaining his BA in Economics from McGill University, Gregory presented on health-related topics at three academic conferences and worked briefly as a reporter for the McGill University television station. Gregory has also served as an executive board member of the Montreal World Health Organization Simulation, where he led research on global access to health care and hosted expert speakers on HIV/AIDS, neglected tropical diseases, and health in marginalized populations.
