Biography

Isabella is a current MBA student who is focused on social entrepreneurship in East Africa. She previously worked for Komaza, a Kenyan based social enterprise that has bundled access to inputs, finance and training to pioneer micro forestry with smallhold farmers. More recently, Isabella worked as a Senior Analyst at Castalia, an economic consulting firm focused on improving infrastructure planning, regulation and financing. She worked with clients in Asia-Pacific and Africa across sectors including energy, water and agriculture. Two of her most recent projects included collaborating with the Earth Institute to develop a geospatial plan for bringing electricity to 3.5 million people in Eastern Indonesia, and advising the Tanzanian electricity regulator as part of a World Bank technical assistance project. She holds a B.Com in Economics from the University of Auckland, and a BA in French and Politics from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
