Biography
Jacqueline Miller is ID’s Director of External Relations. Prior to joining ID, she was a Senior Associate at the EastWest Institute, where she ran the U.S. program, focusing on national security; US-Russia and US-China relations; and nuclear disarmament and nonproliferation. Previously, she was Deputy Director of the Council on Foreign Relations’ Washington programs, overseeing member events and outreach on Capitol Hill and the DC diplomatic community. She was also Assistant Director of the Russia and Eurasia Program at CSIS and an adjunct faculty member at The George Washington University.
Honors include being named a Truman Security Fellow, a Foreign Language Area Studies Fellowship for Russia, and an IREX Visiting Scholar in Kyrgyzstan. She also worked as an editor and translator at the Estonian Academy of Sciences. Jacqueline has an AB and an MPA from Cornell University and an MPhil from The George Washington University.
