Paul Perkins has worked with children and young people in Coventry, Cambridge and London for the past fifteen years. He is CEO of The Winch, an innovative children and young people's charity in north London pioneering new approaches to frontline delivery, collective impact and impact measurement. He also lectures in youth and community work and is a Trustee at Scene & Heard, a children's charity based in Somers Town.
