Rithy Thul is a serial entrepreneur and start-up business promoter from Cambodia. He is co-founder of SmallWorld Cambodia, a collaborative business networking center for startup entrepreneurs, and Toursanak, an International adventure tourism company. He founded Toursanak Adventure in 2010, Codingate, a Cambodia based tech venture company in 2013 and a key promoter and driver of several startups at SmallWorld.
Rithy is among the founding force in creating the KhmerTalks program for Cambodia. Modeled after the TEDx program, KhmerTalks is a platform for public speaking, knowledge and information exchange presented in the Khmer language. Informative, motivational and inspirational lectures and discussions are recorded to video and preserved in a knowledge bank for present day students and generations to come.
Rithy is also a driving force for bringing the TEDxPhnomPenh series to Cambodia as well as a key promoter and organizer for the nationwide “Let’s do it!” environmental clean up campaign.
Rithy derives joy and happiness from his work and maintains a focus toward creating conditions for the social and economic well-being of his nation and the world.
