Sonja Patscheke

Biography

Sonja has over 10 years of experience advising corporations, foundations, NGOs, social enterprises and intergovernmental agencies on issues relating to strategy, program design, organizational effectiveness, partnerships, and evaluation. She is a member of FSG’s leadership group and has worked across all of FSG’s approach areas with a particular focus on global development projects and Shared Value. Her main areas of work include economic development, sustainable agriculture, access to healthcare, education and intercultural understanding. Over several years, Sonja led FSG’s partnership with Mars providing strategic and implementation support in developing and launching a cross-sector sustainability partnership in the cocoa sector in West Africa. Sonja co-authored FSG’s paper on Measuring Shared Value with Professor Michael Porter and most recently published an article on collective impact and global development partnerships in Stanford Social Innovation Review.
