Health Leads is currently hiring for a Senior Director of Philanthropic & Business Partnerships, National & West Coast. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about health equity and racial justice, and who can lead the strategy, management, and growth of Health Lead’s annual portfolio of donors and prospects from foundations, corporations, local, state, and federal government agencies, and individuals. The right candidate has demonstrated success securing support from major donors, is highly organized, is an exceptional writer and collaborates well with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 133-200k depending on experience.
