Action Lab: Embracing Complexity > Funding Systems Change

Thursday, April 2, 2020

Session Description

To achieve the SDGs by 2030, seismic systems shifts are necessary, as is an unprecedented amount of capital. Despite growing interest in and research on the complexities of driving systems change, unlocking the right amount—and kind—of funding for systems change efforts has proven challenging.

How can social entrepreneurs and funders alike embrace a systems mindset and form the kinds of partnerships necessary to drive transformational change? How can coalitions work together toward a common vision and attract new streams of funding?

Let’s harness the energy of this moment to break through the noise, create space for open dialog, and develop shared understanding and vision to meet the urgency of the era.
