Developing Strong Government Partnerships to Drive Scale and Impact

Wednesday, April 1, 2020

Session Description

On behalf of English Sall, Co-Founder of Impact Thread and board member of the END Fund, we are delighted to invite you to join a virtual conversation on “Developing Strong Government Partnerships to Drive Scale and Impact” alongside Skoll World Forum virtual activities on Wednesday, April 1st.

Aligning with government institutions is key to the scalability and sustainability of interventions, yet many development programs fail to integrate government relationships and priorities into their planning and implementation. On this cross-sector panel, we will share lessons learned on how social ventures can better navigate government relations to identify and amplify the shared goals of our work. Our virtual platform will allow for your perspectives, questions, and insights to be a rich addition to this discussion.

Panelists:
– Dr. Sultani Matendechero | Head, Division of Vector Borne and Neglected Tropical Diseases, Kenya's Ministry of Health
– Rita Oguntoyinbo | Founder and President, Amen Health Care and Empowerment Foundation
– English Sall | Co-Founder, Impact Thread and Board Member, The END Fund & The Sall Family Foundation
– Sam Mayer | Vice President, Public Affairs, The END Fund

We hope you can join us for this dynamic conversation, and we look forward to seeing you virtually. Should you be unable to attend this event or want more information about the END Fund, we welcome the opportunity to connect on an individual basis.
