Session Description

Join We Care Solar and a panel of UN, NGO, and Ministry of Health experts as we discuss the importance of renewable energy for front line health centers in LMIC. We will be sharing best practices for ensuring that all health workers have safe, reliable light and power for conducting health services, including emergency obstetric care, and responding to COVID-19. After reviewing several successful solar energy programs, we will address challenges of scaling and various approaches towards achieving sustainability.
