Jeff Skoll gives opening remarks at the 2007 Skoll World Forum. He talks about an Oxford pen he purchased and gifts it to Stephan Chambers. He welcomes everyone to the fourth annual Skoll World Forum, thanks Salman Ahmad for playing, and said he was blown away by his HIV ambassador work and his music. He talks about Victoria Hale’s new drug she developed in India, and says we are “witnessing a shift in the nature of social change itself – from institutions to individuals, and from governments to people.”
