Biography

Eleanor Allen is a visionary leader in organizational excellence, engineering, and water management. As the Co-founder and CEO of the World Flourishing Organization (WFO), she brings her extensive experience to drive workplace wellbeing and professional flourishing on a global scale.

Through her leadership at the WFO, Eleanor is dedicated to transforming workplaces by implementing science-backed methodologies that enhance employee satisfaction, drive innovation, and create meaningful impact.

Eleanor's distinguished career includes roles as CEO of Water For People and B Lab, Global Water Leader at Arcadis, and Latin America Water Leader at CH2M (now Jacobs). With experience in over 50 countries, Eleanor's global perspective is extensive. As a registered Professional Engineer and certified executive coach, she also leads Catapult For Change, empowering organizations to overcome challenges, drive positive impact, and flourish.
