Biography

For more than a decade, Emily has built philanthropic partnerships that change the lives of individuals and strengthen entire communities. She has designed, solicited, and facilitated more than $100 million in philanthropic investments spanning employee- and consumer-led giving strategies, corporate philanthropy and volunteerism, nationwide initiatives with local impact, mobilization of global health resources in response to the pandemic, and targeted programmatic implementations. Emily comes to Medic having served on the leadership and resource development teams at Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, and many years in partnership development, communications and advertising, and external relations. As CDO of Medic, Emily is responsible for deepening and expanding Medic’s philanthropic relationships, guiding strategic communications, and building external partnerships and coalitions aligned with Medic’s mission and values.
