Matthew partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into results, drive alignment on priorities, and build the systems and accountability that keep the organization moving with clarity and momentum. He oversees impact strategy and learning for the foundation’s investments, guides Elevate’s convenings and community-building work, and helps steward strategic partnerships that expand resources and visibility for Elevate Prize winners and the foundation.
