Shreya Bhatt joined Medic in 2013 and currently serves as Chief of Staff, based remotely in Mumbai, India. In this role, she supports the CEO and works closely with the leadership team to continually right-size our strategy, manage towards organizational goals, and ensure effective leadership coordination. She also leads our Community Growth efforts and oversees key interactions with the board, wider community, as well as teamwide and leadership initiatives. Her prior roles at Medic include Director of Partnerships and Asia Regional Director, leading global and regional teams focused on impact, scale and sustainability. Shreya previously worked with organizations such as UNICEF, Teach for India, and Trickle Up, following a career in corporate finance. She holds a BSc in Finance and Management from New York University and a Masters of International Affairs in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University.
